The Naisho Room Sushi-Making Class

You are invited to an interactive evening from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. exploring the techniques and traditions of Japanese cuisine at The Naisho Room, the hidden cocktail and sushi destination inside The Watermark Hotel. During the hands-on experience, you will learn to create a traditional sushi roll, temaki (hand rolls), and onigiri (Japanese rice balls), offering a more diverse and immersive experience than traditional sushi-making classes. The evening also includes a welcome sake tasting designed to introduce guests to the flavors and traditions of Japan. Tickets cost $120 per person. Tickets available here.
