Susan Barocas, an award-winning writer, chef, and cooking instructor and Bonnie Benwick, the former deputy editor and recipes editor at The Washington Post, are hosting a master cooking class full of recipes and tips on handling three vegetables you may not often cook with: kohlrabi, celeriac, and sunchokes. You will taste each vegetable, take home the produce of your choice, and possibly add to your Thanksgiving and holiday repertoire! Tickets are available for $100 per person and can be purchased here.
