Bastille Brasserie & Bar invites you to experience the lush flavors of the Loire Valley during an elegant wine dinner in partnership with Ed Addiss and Barbara Selig of Wine Traditions. Known as “France’s Bountiful Garden,” the Loire Valley offers exceptional wines from a diverse and storied region. Bastille’s Loire Valley Wine Dinner will feature six thoughtfully selected wines paired with an amuse bouche and four seasonally inspired courses, curated to reflect the vibrancy and terroir of the region. The evening begins with Gougères au Gruyère, a savory cheese puff paired with a sparkling Gamay from Domaine Grosbot Barbara. Highlights of the menu include a chilled seared tuna “Thon Mi-Cuit” served with a duo of Chenin Blancs, a cherry and sausage stuffed quail, and a spring lamb filet with thyme-cassis sauce, each paired with expressive Loire Valley reds. The night concludes on a sweet note with a French strawberry cake served alongside a rosé Grolleau Noir “La Vie en Rose” from Domaine Le Pas Saint Martin. This culinary and wine-focused experience is priced at $110++ per person. Seating is limited, and reservations are strongly recommended. Click HERE to make a reservation and for more information.
