Le Clou by Chef Nick Stefanelli has officially opened within the new Morrow Hotel in D.C.'s NoMa neighborhood. Le Clou is a homage to classic French cuisine and acts as The Morrow Hotel's anchor dining destination. The space offers seating for up to 75 guests and features a wrap-around marble bar and private dining room for 10 people. Chef de Cuisine Nico Cezar will assits Chef Stefanelli at this new concept. Some menu highlights guests can egt excited for include Duck Confit and Farro, Salad Lyonnaise, Escargot, and much more. Creative Food Group's Alex Psi and Joseph Kocjan lead the spirits program at Le Clou. Le Clou is open Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch, and brunch are coming soon.
