Maria Bastasch and Derek Brown have opened a new pop-up, Disco Mary, within the Columbia Room. This new spot aims to redefine the way people party and the nightlife vibe, by making the focus on conversation, connection, and plants. Disco Mary pairs apothecary cocktails infused with herbal ingredients with a menu of plant-forward food. Disco Mary also features non and low alcohol drinks with ingreditents such as adaptogenic mushrooms, calming herbs, super-fruits, and more. Guests can enjoy drinks such as Influencers in the Wild and Sweet Leaf, and food such as Rainbow Nachos and Palmito Ceviche. Chef Elena Venegas is the head chef of this new concept.
