Influential D.C. chef and restaurateur Erik Bruner-Yang returns to Hill Center to lead a class celebrating Khmer New Year. Erik is a three-time James Beard Foundation award nominee and the chef-owner of Cambodian/Taiwanese influenced Maketto and ABC Pony, which explores the intersection between Italian and Asian cuisines.
