Restaurateurs Rose Previte and Mike Shuster will be debuting Kirby Club in Fairfax's Mosaic District this Fall. Located in the space formerly home to Jinya Ramen Bar, this will be Previte and Shuster's first restaurant in Virginia. Omar Hegazi will serve as the Executive Chef at Tawle, and he will oversee the dine-in, take-out, delivery, and grab and go offerings. Tawle aims to be a joyful gathering place, where guests can enjoy family-style, prixe-fixe, and a-la-carte options. A bar for beer, wine , and cocktails will also be at Tawle.
