The Urban Oyster, a restaurant that serves to change the minds of even the most apprehensive seafood eaters, will be opening in Baltimore, Maryland's Hampden neighborhood this Winter. Led by Chef Jasmine Norton, The Urban Oyster will be the first Black woman-owned Oyster bar in the US. This new concept will pay homage to Jasmine's Baltimore roots and coastal cuisine.
