Beginning October 1st, Seven Restaurant Group will begin the transition to add Quadrant, the upscale cocktail bar and lounge within The Ritz Carlton D.C., to its restaurant catalogue. Led by founders Ezequiel Vázquez-Ger and Chef Enrique Limardo, Quadrant will keep its name and is expected to open this Fall. It will take on a flare from the restaurant group and serve French-American food and Classic cocktails with a contemporary twist.
