The Crossing Culinary Bridges Collab Comes to an End

During the past year, the restaurant industry has had to make countless pivots to keep up with ever changing guidelines, while diners have had to switch from their usual social routines to take out, delivery and limited indoor dining. Chef/owner of Clarity in Vienna, VA has experienced all of these changes and pivots, and saw an opportunity to allow both DC area chefs to continue to use their creativity and simultaneously give diners a chance to try new restaurants and unique cuisines. With ample space for socially distanced dining, chef Jon created To Community and Beyond | Crossing Culinary Bridges, a guest chef series where some of DC’s top chefs "cross the bridge" for an evening to cook their own dishes in Clarity's kitchen.   

For each of these evenings, the visiting Chef will cook three dishes, all available for either take-out or indoor dining. The line-up included/includes:
