Feasting on Fish — Let’s do Christmas Eve, Italian-style. Start a new tradition or update an old one this Christmas Eve and treat the family to the Italian-style Feast of Seven Fishes. While not necessarily a tradition in Italy, there is a tradition of eating fish on Christmas Eve that hails back to the Roman Catholics abstaining from meat on the eve of certain holidays, like Christmas. Regardless, feasting on seven fish is delicious and you can get in on all of the goodness too. You know the drill as we receive more information, we will pass it on to you:

Carmine's: Carmine’s, the Penn Quarter family-style Italian eatery, will offer their Feast of Seven Fishes on Sunday, December 24th. The dine-in only special menu will be a seven-course dinner that includes a choice of appetizers,  pasta courses and two seafood entrees. Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse: Join Davio's on Sunday, December 24th to celebrate the Feast of Seven of Fishes. The three-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Israel Pacheco, will feature unique and delectable seafood courses in addition to the a la carte menu. Some menu highlights include Lump Crab, Swordfish, Lobster, and more. Iron Gate: Chef Tony Chittum’s Feast of the Seven Fishes is back for Christmas Eve. Priced at $120 per person, this annual celebration celebrates Italian-American fare. They also will be offering optional wine pairings to complement the dining experience. L’Ardente: L’Ardente will be offering their Feast of the Seven Fishes during dinner service from Sunday, December 17th - Sunday, December 24th. The experience begins with two glasses of bubbly and moves into a blend of L’Ardente classics, as well as a few specials created for the holiday week. Modena: Modena will offer a seven-course prix fixe Feast of the Seven fishes on Christmas Eve. The menu will consist of fish and pasta and is priced at $110 per person. Nina May: For the 5th year in a row, Chef Colin McClimans will be serving a special Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve at Nina May.
