Colin McClimans and Danilo Simic, the founders of D.C.'s New American resturant Nina May, will be opening a new concept in Chevy Chase in November. Elena James is expected to be an all-day concept that offers dishes with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
